If you would like to make a reservation for pet sitting in Ikuno-ku, Osaka, please contact us by e-mail form or phone directly.
Please note that we may not be able to answer the phone while we are sitting, but if you leave a message, we will call you back.
If you fill in the form, we will be able to process your request smoothly.
First visit (pre-meeting)
The first visit for hearing and pre-meeting is free of charge.
The sitter will come to your home and explain the details of your pet’s care, and once you are satisfied with the service, we will sign the contract.
We will make sure that the sitter is able to take care of your pet as usual and will confirm as many details as possible such as food, toilet cleaning, personality and health conditions etc.
You will be given the keys to your home on this day, but if this is not convenient for you, we will be happy to arrange a pick up.
Day of care
Our pet sitter will come to your home and take care of your pet with all our heart as we have discussed in advance.
We will send you an email with photos of your pet in real time, so you can check on your pet while you are away.
Other services
We are happy to do anything else that can be done during our hours.
We can water your plants, feed your goldfish, pick up your post mails, open your windows and shutters, etc.
Return of keys
We are happy to return the keys to you in any way you wish after your pet-sitting session.
We will do our best to return the keys to you by hand, by post, as long as it is safe to do so.
We will issue you a key receipt form so that you can confirm when the keys are received.
Second time orders
We can come to your home for a second time without any prior arrangement.
We will discuss how to pick up and drop off the key each time.
If you wish, we can come to your house for a pre-arranged meeting.
